Need suggestion for application form!

For the below mentioned question

D5. Are either the applicant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which shows his/her current leave unavailable?

I got confused and ticked "Yes" for it, but i have provided the passport which has the current leave date in it.

I provided answers for all the other questions after ticking "Yes" to D5 like

D6. At which port did the applicant enter the United Kingdom?

D7. How did the applicant enter the United Kingdom?

D8. Give details of the journey, including where the applicant travelled from, ticket booking or reference number, and transport operator.

D9. For what purpose did the applicant enter the United Kingdom?

D10. When did the applicant arrive in the United Kingdom?

will it create problem while reviewing my application? please suggest.

yes... u can expect delays!

submit change of circumstances form, include this page and this time, fill it correctly

tell them in a covering letter, that this page supersedes the page you submitted originally. sign and initial the page

by the way i received the letter to book my biometrics so will this be the right to send it now? will they review my case after my biometrics test?

yes, thats the form.

send that form ASAP with special delivery.

It normally takes a week or two after biometrics to get the decision.

you dont want caseworker to be handling your app with wrong info on it.,

they check your app after you have undertaken biometrics

Thank you so much for your suggestions i will send it tomorrow itself and hopefully will be considered with my application...having my biometrics on monday so should expect the amended pages to reach on the same day.
