Do I need a Transit visa

I am a Bangladeshi citizen curretly in UK on a tier 2 work permit visa and traveling from UK to USA for a conference for 5 days. I have got a B1/B2 visa for USA. If I travel by Air Canada , it goes through Montreal or Toranto with a change of flights within an interval of about 2 hours (and for coming back as well). Will I require a transit visa of Canada for this?
