I submitted my HSMP under 28 on Sep 04,2005 and unfortunately received Refusal letter on sep 28, 2005. I received 25 points from Past Earnings section + 5 points as under 28.
I have problem with 2 sections.
1. Educational Section: I submitted Photocopies, so no points. MY FAULT
2. Work Exp: I claimed 50 points (1 year exp at senior management post) in this section, but I was amazed to see 0 points awarded. HSMP team has clearly stated that they are OK with my 4.5 years work experience showing Roles and Responsibilities for each post held. Although they were not satisfied from the evidence (1 year senior management), but they have considered my work experience from the Post of Project Manager IT w.e.f March 01 2004 to Aug 2005 as a Graduate Level, which does not equate to minimum 2 years of graduate level work experience, so no points. I am unable to understand, why they considered my experience from the post of Project Manager, while my previous job posts are Software Engineer, Software Developer, and Software Programmer.
I am looking forward for "Request for Review". I need 35 more points to qualify (if they just consider 4 year exp excluding 1 year exp at senior post).
Can someone guide me, what should i do?
