need urgent help

Hi everyone

my friend and his wife applied for HSMP in april now he got a refusal letter from hsmp they return all documents accept passports what it means.

my friend is student in UK and in country applicant could anybody help him regarding passport.

A refusal negatively affects any future immigration applications...

..Unfortunately applying for HSMP visa shows that you dont intend to leave the country at the end of your studies - whereas a student visa is granted on the assumption that you will leave the UK once your course is completed...


....If your existing student visa has a long validity period remaining then they should gsend back your ppt. if you have a short period left on the student visa - you should contact HO and advise them of your departure date so that they can return your ppt..

Thanks for your reply. but my freind ask HSMP team regarding his passports. HSMP told him that we will return back your passports in 3 weeks in between if you want to review decision you can make it now and nothing else.
