Need Your Advise........permanent residence

Hello All,
Sorry for being completely nob in immigration issue.I have few questions to ask,it would be great help if somebody can answer.
1) I am non-Eu spouse of Hungarian Citizen legally residing in Hungary since past 4 years On Hungarian residence permit which is about to expire somewhere in 2016.I have all the cards like tax,health and residence.
2) I would like to apply for permanent residence permit,As i come to know i am eligible for it.
3) i was working in Budapest but now i left the company cos i live something like 80 km away from it,Every day up and down was too much for me to take.
4)My wife is working in good company and has more than enough income to show and Bank Balance as well.
5)I have full health cover even without having a job.
6)we have our own house under our own name.
7)Our Marriage is registered in Hungary(more than 6 years) and we have the certi which has already has been submitted at the local immigration office

Now the question arise,

a)Considering i left the job does it affect my PR application?
b)We have our own pub (belongs to my father-in-law) where i work but i am not shown as the employe,When ever i need money i take i as much i want.So i just take care as a family member .
c)What docs do i have to show to prove or the satisfy the requirements.As i called them they told me all the same story what is posted on the website and recited like a poem but i know its not entirely true, as in the case of my residence card we were asked for more docs in order to prove my stay and residence and income of my wife and rest.
d)other than pray what more i can do, as ever body know about Hungarian bureaucracy here you can buy permanent residence but you cant get one if you are trying on your own.
e)Am i eligible to travel in other part of EU such as UK Ireland Denmark in order to work or live without having me my wife as a caretaker ?
