Need your help ..Guy please Help

Hi All,

I have one query; hope you guys will help me.
I had passed my Bsc in 2001, but I collected my degree in 2003 Form University.
My final mark sheets contain the issued date of 2001 and my degree contains the issued date of 2003.
Now I am confused what date should I mentioned on my “Medium of Instruction certificate “
Or should I not mentioned this details...Because it’s confusing

Your university letter should always mention the year you passed out not the year you collected your degree certificate. I guess in your degree certificate there will be 2 info
1. The date you passed out
2. The date that it was issued.

There shouldnt be any confusion in this case it is always the date you passed out.

This is what I used as the format and it worked for me:

To Whom It May Concern:


This is to certify that Mr. XXXXX, S/o Mr. YYYY, completed his four year Bachelors in XXXXXXXXX (XXXXXXXXX Engineering Branch) Degree from XXXXXXXXX College under this University in 19XX (Exams conducted in Dec, 19xx; results declared in March, 19xx). The Degree Certificate was issued on 0x/0x/19xx.

The medium of instruction for all the courses taught towards completion of the four year Bachelors Degree was English. The student is well versed and fully conversant in reading, writing, speaking & listening English Language.
