New born dependant questions -- please help

Guys; if somebody could help please?

Background: My baby born in April'2009; I am here on a WP with my wife and another son as dependant; current leave expiring in 2012

Could anyone tell me answer to these questions? (taken from Dependant form for new born)

C1 -- Under wht nationality did the dependant enter the UK?
Should I write my nationality in here?

D2 -- Did the dependent obtain EC b4 entering UK?
Yes / NO? (He has got a passport but there is no visa in there)

D5 -- Yes / NO? (if YES, then D6/7/8/9/10)

D11 -- Dependents current immg. status in UK?

D12 -- When does current leave expire?
(has it to be same as mine?)

C1 -- Yes, the baby inherits parents nationality

D2 -- NA

D5 -- Whats the questions?

D11 -- NA
D12 -- NA

D5 -- Are either the dependants current and/or any of his/her previous passport or travel doc that he/she has used to travel to, remain in, the UK which shows his/her current leave unavailable?
YES/NO? If Yes --> then D6/7/8/9/10 (I can fill these based on YES/NO)
NO --> then D11

So has it to be YES or NO? (As I said he has got a passport but there is no EC visa in there)

It is a straight forward NO

he never had any passports in whch he had visa that is not valid now.. so say NO
