This sounds very interesting ........

Do we know how Tier 2 is likely to be affected given that the whole idea of Sponsorship Licenses seemed like a good one?

Jobs on the Shortage list will be trimmed down further...fewer job functions available..

If that's all it not much of a worry then ay :)
