New employer

Hi everyone.
I would like to hear your say about my plan to change my employer.
I submitted my set lr 3rd week of April 2019 via online standard service.
Then 3rd May when my biometrics and documents were submitted ( library).
On the application, I put that I am employed and earning roughly about £xxxxxx per year ( almost the same amount I was earning the previous years)plus the name of employer of course. I started at this employer March 2019.
I plan to quit from this company. I am not happy.
In fact I applied already somewhere nearer to where I live.
Will this affect my character if I change employer.
I have valid Visa till 2021 family life.
Or shall inform the home office once I changed my employer?
