New Employment - spouse visa pending

Post by SoHopeful » Mon Sep 09, 2013 1:43 am

Advice please guys.

My husband's visa application was only submitted last month and we were told to wait until November for a response.

I am a temporary agency worker for a local authority and may be offered a permanent full time position earning in excess of the financial requirement. Can I accept and give the High Commission the new details? Or will my situation at the time of application suffice?

I applied using category A but have been in this current position for 1 year now. I don't want to jeopardise my husband's application but this new role will offer much more security because as an agency worker I can get as little as 1 week's notice if they no longer need me.
