Dear experts,
I hope You are doing Well.
I currently have a skilled worker (shortage occupation ) visa for five years (until 2028). Will the new immigration rules apply to existing skilled worker visa holders and their dependent visas ( Their visa application has not yet been submitted)?
I want to apply visa for my wife and my son (two years and 7 months old) they are dependent on me and currently out of the United Kingdom in their home country.
As per my research, the documents will be required to submit the visa application.
For my partner (Wife)
- A valid passport
- Medical certificate confirming that they are free from Tuberculosis
- Criminal record certificate
- Marriage Certificate
- Visa Fee £943 (for more than 3 years)
- IHS (£2808)
For my child
- A valid passport
- Birth Certificate
- Visa Fee £943 (for more than 3 years)
- IHS (£0) as I check on https://www.immigration-health-surcharg ... ecker/type
My documents to support their application
- My BRP & Passport
- My Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)
- My Visa Application Number
Please correct me If am I wrong about the above information and my some questions are below.
Do I need a TB test and Criminal record certificate for my child?
Do I need to pay IHS for my child and visa fee is same for my child?
Do I need to show any financial documents like my bank statement?
Do I need to upload my wage slips?
Do I need to show the house when applying for application?
Please guide me if I have forgotten anything.
Thank you very much for your valuable time.
