Switching becomes more difficult than!

It says for HSMP, from 1 October 2004 the immigration rules will be changed and only overseas nationals in the following categories will be permitted to switch:

Work permit holders; or
graduated students; or
working holidaymakers; or
postgraduate doctors or dentists or trainee general practitioners.

so it seems you will be obliged to present a diploma to them to be eligble for FLR!

not fair I think.. since HSMP visa gives you 1 year probation to try your chance to find a job and you can do it best while u r a student and obviously within one year you are supposed to graduate!
