New RCOS Application after refusal letter

Hi,

My first RCOS was taken place on 3rd May 2019. A letter to request for further information on 8th May and Refusal letter was received on 24th May.
The main reason of rejection is suggested to be a wrong JD, which they believed the JD to be more appropriate matching with a Level 4 SOC Code.
The company has undertaken a new RLMT, and second RCOS application is submitted on 28th June. However, we haven't received anything from HO, and they didn't request for further information like they do last time. The status has changed from pending to under review on 12th July.

Has anyone experienced Refusal and is granted in the new RCOS Application? How likely would the refusal application affect my second RCOS application? Any clue why have I not received letter for further information? How long do I need to wait?
