Hi i wanted to know will me getting new style esa affect my husbands indefinte leave to remain application he will meet the finacial requirement but will me getting esa affect his visa

New Style ESA is a contribution based benefit, not an income based benefit and I'm assuming that you won't get any extra benefit money for your husband because of that?

You receiving benefits you are allowed for yourself as a resident British citizen, will not affect your husband's ILR as long as he can meet those requirements.
