Changing address on provisional licence

I got my provisional driving licence 5 years ago and moved coupled of houses after that
and really did not hv time to go to driving lessons and get a driving licence.

Now, I am looking to do that, I would like to change my address on the license and tried online - but it seems only British Passport holders can do it online.

any idea how I could do this ?

but i only have a PROVISIONAL license and not sure if this link still be used.

I nevertheless tried to change address online, but it seems only UK passport holders can amend. (asks for UK passport) - hence I am asking in this forum to get advice from immigrants like me who have changed their
PROVISIONAL licence in the UK.

Remember failure to notify the DVLA of the correct address is an offence which will result in a fine.

u need form d741 to change it by post if u dont have it...u can ask dem to send it to you
