ILR for Tier 1 general dependant shortage 35 days and queire

Post by abusiddique » Sat Dec 02, 2017 10:23 am

Hi guys,

Here is my situation
1.I have got ILR and citizen ship Via Tier 1 general route
2.My wife and son applied Tier1 dependant visa granted on 03/03/13 valid till 30/01/2015 and first entry on 24/03/13.

3.The extension was granted from 21/01/2015 - 21/01/2018 - So I have few questions as calculating 5 years continuous residence, she is short of 35- 40 days, can I still apply ILR using SET(o).

4.How the dependant continuous period calculated, is it from entry clearance or first arrival date?

5.Or anyone having experience applied with shortage of days.

Please help on this queries, your help will be much appreciated.

Thanks
Abu
