Provisional licence- posting Tier 2 BRP before curtailment letter

Provisional licence- posting Tier 2 BRP before curtailment letter

Hi all,

I am looking to apply for a provisional driving licence.

I was on a Tier 2 visa and left the company a few months ago. I have not received the curtailment letter yet.
I have submitted a spousal visa application in the meantime which is still under review.

My question is, can I use my Tier 2 BRP to apply for a provisional licence since it has not been curtailed yet?

I would be grateful for any advice.
