Travelling from Dubai to UK- Tier 2

Hello Friends,
I am travelling from Dubai (UAE) to UK first time with an employment visa of Tier2General.
Please let me know what are the new rules to enter the country ?
I got to know that some initial quarantine days are to be done.
Your help is required to allow me good travel.
