NON EU Dependant Child

Hi Everyone,
I would appreciate some information with respect to my situation.
I have a one year old daughter from another woman (Non EU), but the baby is in Uk now, but unfortunately when i applied for my residence card, i could not include her in my application because her passport and birth certificate wasn't available.

So i went a head and applied for my residence card as unmarried partner, and very very glad it took just 2months and 10 days to receive the residence card.

Now, the baby is living with me and my EEA National Partner and i have her birth certificate and passport.
My question is, as i'm preparing for her application to Home Office, What documents should i send for her application?
Should i send all the same documents i sent during my own application?

I need an advice please.

I'm from Non Eu, i recently received my UK residence card as a family member of unmarried partner of EU national.

I have a non Eu daughter from another woman, she is living with us( Eu partner and me) in uk at the moment.
My Eu partner and I, are taking care of the baby as she is with us, though the mother is also in UK as a student.

Unfortunately, when i sent my residence card application i couldn't add her to the application because her passport was not available, so now i have her passport and birth certificate and i want to send her residence card application to HM.

[b]Please which documents should i sent for her application? should i send the same loads of documents i sent during my own application including her birth certificate?
