NON-EEA APPLICATION JOURNEY

Hi all who can help me with some information

I did apply for my retantion of RC after divorce on 26 of may 2015 but still waiting ....
its normal?
Also when it arrive can i apply for PR? I did get marry in July of 2011 we been living in uk since we marry

Patience is a virtue when dealing with Home Office.

PR is acquired automatically after exercising treaty rights in UK continuously for 5 years in one or more categories of 'qualified person';
(if not a dependent family member of an EEA national).

Hello noajthan,

I have some query about the EEA2 UK application's supporting documents, can you please give me your advice on this and I would much appreciate it!

Can we use the online printed statement for the EEA2? because once we moved to uk, we won't be able to get our recent month statement so I am thinking if I can do that? and the part time employment would effect the (Surinder Singh route) EEA2? as I am working only part time due to the job crisis here..
