non eea familt member parent benefits help

hi everyone,
i need help please, i'm a eea national, living with my british partner, baby and my mother, my mother is non eea national, she got 5 years family permit, issue is i'm a self employed and recently had work problem , my mom was aboard when we(me+partner) start claiming benefits wtc, housing benefits, now mom back and will live with us, what can we do? she cant work she is over 60, can we claim benefits for her? like housing benefits? if we do that what will happened after 5 years when we apply for her irl? please help
