its NOT very straight forward.I STARTED MINE SINCE 2008 and am still expecting my rc. if you are the only one may be,just may be. You need to provide all the evidence and documents to prove yourself which is usually not enough at the end of the day except if you are lucky. birth cerficates to show how you are related up to grand parents, money transfer slips, may be photographs plus other usual documents concerning you and the EU. I thick its the most difficult route. IT NOW REQUIRES A SENIOR CASE WORKER TO CHECK all the documents before you are considered which always declines anyway. but you might be lucky.

You have to have one of the following relationships with your cousin: http://eumovement.wordpress.com/2008/04 ... ficiaries/

Read it over carefully. Specifically keep in mind periods when you have been living with your cousin and/or dependent.

its possible for the sponsor (EU) to make applications for more than one cousin to a maximum of 4, in my case we were 2. we submitted together and the HO decide to split the application, that was the first phase of our problem because each application were now left with incomplete documentation. we were later refused after more than a year. we re-applied and eventually we were refused again but allowed to appeal after another one year. we went for the appeal and we won. called the HO last wk and was told its been dispatched. like i said ,its probably due to the fact that we were 2 applicant. i made a lot of investigation and concluded its one of the most difficult route. but you might lucky.thats my story. All the best

you'll need 4 birth certificates.
1. yourself
2. sponsor (EU)
3. your parents
4. sponsor's parent
And probably marriage certificates to show how the change of surname came about if there is any.
money transfer slips for 6 months just b4 you left your country. evidence that your sponsor is still caring for you. tenancy document and all the necessary supporting doc. The HO representative requested for DNA evidence but with my lawyer response, the judge drop that and allowed the appeal. If you have a lawyer, he might know a trick or two, fingers crossed

from 1-6 weeks, after which you can call the HO office. In your case you will probably wont be given permission to work. Might be lucky.

urgent help, please

Post by venusz79 » Sun Oct 02, 2011 11:21 am

Hi everyone! im new in here, but i hope someone can help me. i need to clarify an information that i found on EEA FP website.

Well, im EEA national (Slovakia) my husband is Turkish (non EEA). we got married this year in July in Turkey. Our marridge certificate has been appostolised, so it is accepted in 7 countries. My husband is still in Turkey. Im living and working in UK 7years now. We are going back to my country to visit my family in October.

The question is: CAN MY HUSBAND TRAVEL WITH ME FROM SVK TO UK?

as i said, i saw on EEA FP website, that if an EEA citizen exercising her/his treaty rights in UK, that a none EEA citizen can travel with her/him and can enter UK without EEA FP application, however he will have to apply within one month for the EEA FC once he will be in UK.

Is this right? we really need to know. I will take my work contract, payslip, bill and also i have managed to find a flat for us, so i have our tenancy agreement as well.

Please can someone tell me is this is true? apparently if i would be British, he will not be able to do this. but as im EEA citizen I can accompanied him when he is travelling.

we tried UK embassy to get information, and the website as well, but they are useless...

I would appreciate your help as we are traveling to SVK on th 19th. He is coming from Turkey and i will be flying from London.

Many thanks.
