Non English speaking parents travelling to UK

Hi Team,

My mom is scheduled to visit me in a week. She doesn’t speak English fluently—she can understand some parts but isn’t entirely comfortable with the language. She will be arriving at Gatwick Airport. Could you recommend any resources or assistance that might help her navigate the immigration process in the UK?

I have booked wheelchair service with the airline. Is there any format of a letter that she can carry which explains her reason for the visit?

There are no specific or official templates, write a letter "to whom it may concern" for her to carry, explaining who she is, who you are, explaining she's not fluent in English, a brief details of visit. Shouldn't be an issue.
