How long is your husband in Ireland? If 5 years or more he can apply for naturalisation, long time to get but would also be a step forward.

I know there are de facto applications for unmarried partner of non-EU but you have to be in a relationship for over 4 years and then it depends on your current legal status. I am not sure if there is one for marriage to non-EU.

How long have you been illegal and how did you enter Ireland?

When was your first Irish child born? If pre-2005 you can apply for IBC.

he is only abt 4 yrs in the state.....

its strange where there is provision for those de facto relationship but silent in married one?

i was entered as visitor....actually legally speaking i m stateless...my 1st baby borned after 2005.....so maybe they haven't seen a complicated case like me...that's why dragged so long....almost 3 years
