Non Eu parents (help needed )

Hello everyone and thanks in advance.
I have applied for family permit for non Eu parents Under Eu settlement scheme , both applications were submitted individually, i fill up the form then the Uk.Gov direct me to submit supporting duccuments in VFS Global ,after submitting all duccuments, there is no appointment available due to Covid-19 . Those who know or applied for their families ,can you please tell me how to link both applications to get same time appointment? If the visa centre is resumed then why there is no appointment?
