Non Eu Resident, Irish born Child

Post by Pete19 » Sat Mar 07, 2015 11:32 am

Hey guy's,

I am a New Zealander, I have just found out about this Zambrano case. I have a daughter of 11 years old, who is Irish. My visa had run out and I left voluntarily as I had split up with my daughters Mother. I was really young and I have been in contact with her continually since. I have become her guardian since the last visit in 2010, and she has been over and stayed with me over in NZ. I have been studying and have been totally unaware that their might be a possibility of me being able to be with her. I have just finished my Degree, and by accident I have discovered the Zambrano case. Could this be a possibility, or could anybody help with my situation?????

Peter..
