Non EU Spouse Applying for Irish Visa from the UK

Hi there. Hoping you can help.

I'm a British Citizen and plan to visit the UK with my Indonesian wife in June. Eventually, we want to move to Ireland. Unfortunately, we've left the visa process too late for the Irish application (because the UK Visitor Visa is still being processed). Does anyone know whether she can apply for the Irish Visa from the UK?
