NON EU SPOUSE SETTLEMENT APPLICATION WITHOUT FAMILY PERMIT AND BRC

Hi All,

I am NON EU ( INDIAN ) SPOUSE OF EU ( ROMANIAN ) national having pre-settled status.
I arrived in UK together with my spouse VIA FRANCE through EURO TUNNEL without having prior EEA FAMILY PERMIT ...but my passport had not been placed with any entry stamp or endorsement stamps by border officer even after asking, as they said i am fine to go. I donot hold any residence in UK not having BRC.
Now i want to apply pre-settled status..
Need yours all suggestion , advise and personal exprience in my circumstances.
