Non-EU on Student visa getting married to EU non-UK resident

I am non EU citizen on Uk student visa and my fiancée is EU citizen who doesn't live in the UK. We want to get married in the UK and then apply for a resident permit so I can join her after I finish my studies. Can we get married here without any hassle if I'm not staying in the UK?

How can you marry in UK when you are not staying there???? For marrying even for giving marriage notice the both parties will need to go registry office.

I meant I'm leaving the UK before my student visa expires but we want to get married here before that. Then I can apply for a resident permit to join her from my home country. What do we need to do before going to the registrar office?

If you get married here you don't have to leave UK

But i strongly recommend you to marry before your student VISA expired

But I'm not planning to settle in the UK. I'm moving to an other EU country.
