Estimated Processing Time for ILR Application with 6 Points driving license

Post by Ahmed_1987 » Tue May 16, 2023 11:48 am

I submitted my application for indefinite leave to remain on April 28th 2023. It has been precisely two weeks and four days since I applied.

Although I understand that processing times can vary significantly, I'm curious if anyone can provide a rough estimate of when I might expect a decision, considering the 6 points on my driving license.

Thanks

There is a timeline post on top of the forum to get a sense of the processing times. Driving points have no effect on the ILR. No one can give you an estimate as each application is unique :!:

Does not disclosing your pcn parking tickets in IlR application delay the processing time of your application?

PCNs have no effect and do not need to be declared at all. You have been advised before that we cannot advise you on why your application is taking longer.
