NOT receive BRP card!! NEEP HELP!!

Hello,

Can anyone tell me what should I do ?
I have not received a BRP card from UKVI.
I have submitted my online application on 22nd September for the premium service type.
Then, I went to Glasgow for submitting all of required document and do a biometric there on 2nd October, 2015. Everything was done there. My visa was extended and I was informed that I will receive my BRP card within 7 working days. At this moment, all my friends who applied for extended Visa tier 4 together in the same way in the same day, have received 5 days ago. But I have not received my BRP Card. Additionally, I already send an e-mail to BRPdelivery@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk last 2 days ago and I did not get any email back from them.
what should I do next?
Moreover,I have to fly back to my country on 23rd October 2015. And if I don't have a BRP card, I cannot enter UK, right?

Nothing. It is only 1 day late! Yesterday was the 8th working day, and presumably it is too early for deliveries yet today. The International Student Adviser at your university may be able to chase it, but they are likely to tell you to wait at least a week.

Yes. You took a big gamble, booking travel only 15 working days after your appointment. You may need to postpone your travel. Again, speak your International Student Adviser.
