Not sure if i am eligible 4 ILR

Hi all,

Not sure if I can apply for ILR.

Got 1st work permit for 3 years(2002 till 2005)

Left my 1st job in 2/2004 and got second job with in 28 days.
Second employer applied for change of employment & it was refused due to lack of advertisement & salary condition as it reached after 28 days.
Second employer tried 2 more times but it was still refused on the same grounds.
But I started the job hoping it would not be too difficult as it was change of employment.

I had to leave my second employer and was jobless for 4 months.
Got a third job in 11/2004 and started working for that employer since then without permission.
Told the situation to the employer in 09/2005 & they applied for New wp but I had to leave the country while my application was in HO.
Requested HO to treat as Out of country application, and got approved until 2010 and came back with new EC in 11/2005.


I also got for Subject access request papers from HO
They recorded everything that when I left first employer, I started the second job without permission..etc


Now I must admit I have not been as good as you guys are, but still out of interest, can I apply for ILR?

You can apply in 2010 in my opinion, certainly not now if that's what ur thinking.

The earliest you can apply is in 10/10

Thanks a lot. Hope the HO doesnt change the law again by 2010.
