Notarized Docs.

Hi,

I have been told from London VISA office to forward my docs. Notarized..

Do i have to notarized all docs ??

Passport, contracts, Education, ??

or only certified copies will do ??

Moreover when i submit my docs.. what will happen ?? will they issue visa or call interview ??

and how many days..
