NTL Application please help

Hi,

I got my ILR back in 2009.

I have done 3 business trips of greater than 6 months between 2009-2012. I never remained outside UK for more than 13 months.

During these 3 business trips, I was getting paid in UK and I have paid all taxes and NI and I have the employer letter for each business trip.

In the last 3 years I am only out of UK once for 10 days for Holidays.

Will I have any problems with NLT application for BRP due to business trips?

Hi I am also seeking advice from Members I need to apply for NTL. My Passport that Contains NTL Stamp is expired, The current Passport that I hold has been used a few times for Travel Purposes,along with the old passport BUT the name on the current Passport is slightly different from what is shown on the expired Passport with NTL Stamp, Just the Middlename is missing in the current PPST. This was due to Spacing constraints with the new system in place of the issuing authorities and it was not my intention to do this in anyway.

So when I apply for NTL, Biometric Now, would this be an issue problem at that stage

Please any advice experiences shared will be appreciated

Hi Skhan15, yours looks a straight forward issue as it stands your existing NTL/ ILR should be valid as you had not stayed abroad for a continuous period of more than 2 years in a go. So is what I think. Lets hear what others can advice you further. Good Luck
