Number Of Proofs for Maintainence Funds

Dear Friends,
I am applying for Tier1 Application in person at Croydon as a Limited Company Director on 17/10.. I have a query regarding the Maintainence Funds. I will be carrying the Original Bank Statements for my Personal Accounts from Barclays Bank as a Proof. The latest statement will be within one month from the date of Application.

Is it necessary to get a Balance Certificate Letter as well. ? My hunch says not required as they come from the same source. Can anybody please kindly reply if the Original bank statements can alone serve the purpose ?? On top of it Barclays said that they do not have the system in place to show the minimum Balance for the period in question.!

Thank you, I had read the guidance before I asked the query. However could not locate that one proof could be enough. Anyways I will go ahead with only this proof as advised
