Obtain license of visa sponsorship for Innovator Route company

Does anybody have the experience and advice on how easy to obtain a license of visa sponsorship for Innovator Route company. The company was recently changed their status from start-up route to innovator route after home office's review.

The company is really in a very initial stage, i.e. just one owner as the staff, small sales, not applicable for VAT etc.

It is an online retail trading company in niche market and need to recruit a marketing expert to scale up the business.
