GTV TechNation OC1 Evidence doubt

Post by iprithv » Thu Jul 03, 2025 8:39 pm

Hi,

GTV has mentioned below:
"""If you are an employee working in a new digital field or concept, this must be clearly demonstrated, for example by providing a granted patent (patents should include verifiable ID on Google Patents). Note that patent ‘applications’ are insufficient in demonstrating innovation, all patents used as evidence must be granted."""

https://technation-globaltalentvisa-guide.notion.site/

I have a Indian patent which would not be listed in Google patents as only 17 country patents are listed in this site. So can I submit this as proof for OC1? or is this not allowed? also wanted to know if one single patent in my field of work is enough for OC1 or should we have another proof submitted?

Thanks!

OC4 evidence Query for Digital technology route Tech Nation GTV

Post by iprithv » Thu Jul 03, 2025 9:09 pm

Hi,

For Digital technology route, in OC4 can we submit paper from IEEE conference published? or is there any other particular conferences recommended?

It was vaguely mentioned as
"Evidence of presentations at a peer-reviewed conference"

and below as well is there any recommended journal?
"Evidence of at least one significant contribution to the field in the form of a paper published in a top-tier peer-reviewed journal."

Thank you!
