oci address change - not able to upload document

Hi,

As part of application to change address on Oci, I have to upload proof of new address.

But No option comes up when ‘Select Document’ is clicked due to which I am not able to Upload document.
If I click on Upload document then it says select document type first.

Can anyone help please ?
