OCI applications via post

Can someone confirm the address of OCI postal applications.

Currently on the CGI Birmingham site it is saying

Consular Jurisdiction: This consulate serves the following 23 counties in England:

Cheshire, Cleveland, Cumbria , Derbyshire, Durham, Humberside, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Lancashire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Manchester, Merseyside, Midlands(West), Northumberland, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire , Straffordshire, Tyne& Wear, Warwickshire, Yorkshire (North), Yorkshire (South), Yorkshire(West).

If we are making any postal applications from one of the above mentioned places, do we need to send the OCI postal application to CGI Birmingham or HCI London.

Please confirm the address and also the details of Postal order/DD to whom that needs to be addressed.
