OCI document upload for minor

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can help me with the document upload for my daughter for the category listed on the OCI application form. Both Parents have OCI, British passport and daughter is born in UK ( 2months old) with british passport.

This is what I have so far and highlighted ones in doubt

Current passport - current passport for minor
Employment/work letter - N/A
Indian Origin proof - Parents' OCI and parents passport ??
Indian Visa - N/A
Joint declaration of subsisting of marriage - N/A
Marriage certificate - Parents' marriage certificate (parents were married in UK and have a marriage certificate issued here, does this need to be apostilled for this case ???)
PIO card - N/A
Relationship certirficate - Minor's birth certificate and address proof (drivers' license) ?
Spouse OCI card - N/A
Spouse passport - N/A

Any documents I might have missed ?
