my relative's wife and baby applying for OCI and my relative already taken the OCI. when we fill the form 'family group' again it asks the spouse information , do his wife need to fill that column as well or just wife and minor kid's information?

please help

'Family Group' column is for applicants. You can provide information about any spouse/children who have OCI on Part B, Q 15
Have you / any member of your family applied for OCI registration earlier? Yes/No

If yes, give details (Reference No., when and where applied and what was the outcome)
