Oci form section 36

Hi

I am filling for myself n my son who is minor(born in India ).
We both received British passports n my wife holds Indian passport with ilr.
I am filling oci for me n my son and in the section 36 of form B, there are 2 signature columns and I can sign in one column n who has to sign in the other signature column?
In the bottom me n my wife will sign but just want to know in section 36.

so in total there should be 2 thumb impressions from the minor child ( one in the box and the other in section 36)?

I have another question regarding firstname and surname

In my indian passport - my father name is written as "surname firstname"
same in surrender certificate also

but shall i give like "firstname surname" in the oci application for my parents details or as written in passport("surname firstname")?

Father's name must be as in your surrender cert (First, surname) or vice versa.
Kepp it as in the doc to make it easier or else they could hold, you know how our great Indian systems work!

But I would like to have properly filled

We received 2 surrender certificates of me and my son.
In my surrender certificate my name is written as " first name last name".
In my child surrender certificate in the father column my name is written as "last name first name".
So in the oci application of my child - what should be the father name?

Or am I thinking too much for no reason?
