OCI update after new UK child passport

Dear Gurus,

Request for your help me on urgent basis.

I am trying to submit OCI miscellaneous - passport update.

My child (age 9 years) just got renewed UK passport.

During first oci submission for my child, at that time my nationality was Indian that later changed to British and I also received oci.

But it seems like, child oci form is still picking up old nationality for me. It shows this under verify info - just before final submission. This is obviously incorrect as it has linked to old application. This field is non editable.

Will it cause any issues for new oci updates application?

How can I get it corrected? There is no option that I could figure out.

Also for documents submission, it's asking just new passport for child...no father's or mothers passport or any other document.

It also asks for declaration doc under that header..does this means I need to do final submission and then download and sign and then upload? Or is there any other declaration doc that I need to upload?

Please help on urgent basis.
