I am applying for Citizenship. I have a speeding ticket 6 yeas ago. This offence is no longer on my driving records from the DVLA. How could I get a record of my old driving record? Is there a company you could pay for quick turnaround? Thank you

You could do a subject access request with DVLA and specify you need the details of the speeding ticket you received 6 years ago.

Thank you. There is a month wait for the response. Do you know if any quicker way?

Mention it, but it would have no effect on your citizenship application. Even drink drive after 6 years doesn't.
It's not that deep. Don't overthink the process.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

I'm afraid not.

I intend to mention it, except I do not have the exact information to mention it; this is the problem!!!!!
I want to submits now, and not wait a month or so until I get a reply from the government.

The onus of proof is on you unfortunately, but a month is not that long to wait.

I understand a month isn’t long to wait, however I am nearly at 90 days of travel in the last 12 months and my father isn’t well (who lives in another country).
This is the reason I am looking for something quicker.
I already checked evaluate endorsements; thank you for that.

You don't have to apply straight away. If you want to retrieve the details of the fines and your absences might exceed 90 days this year, maybe you could postpone the date of the application while you sort out more urgent things.

Would rather apply now and not postpone, but thanks anyway. If you know of anyway to get past dvla information very quickly please let me know. All the best.

People just applying for new driving licences or changes to existing ones are waiting for months.
Declaring the six year old fine should be no issue, explain the circumstances in a covering note - at least have declared it and should not affect the outcome.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.

I appreciate it's not the answer one wants to hear, but DVLA waiting times (and any other government department it seems) are not quick at the moment. If you don't want to wait, write down what you remember at the best of your recollection.
