Re : Old HSMP High Court Verdict

Post by patel1 » Fri Apr 25, 2008 9:15 pm

Hello,

I am Pankaj Patel, who came here in UK in February 2006 under Old HSMP [1+4] visas. Due to the change in the HSMP visa rule, I was victim and was unable to get my HSMP visa extended and I did not qualified on the basis of new criteria. Fortunately, my employer help me to get my visas converted into Work Permit for 18 months. I got my work permit from April 2007 valid till October 2008.

Due to this verdict of the court, I want again my visas to get transferred to old HSMP visas [1+4] category. I would like to know whether it will be possible to do this? What is the best possible way for me to get this changed? Whom should I approach for it? What is the procedure?

I would be very grateful, if I can know this at earliest.

Thank you all in anticipation.

Regards

Pankaj Patel
