Old Rules - Last date to submit the application at VFS??

Hi,

I understand that the new rules for Tier 2 (General) and other catagories would be effective from 6th April, if I submit my Tier 2 application to VFS on 5th of April, my application will be processed under the Old rules, is it correct?

If you pay for the application on / before 05-Apr-11, your application will be considered under the current rules.

When applying outside the UK, date of application is the date you pay the fees, which may or may not be the same as the date you submit the application.

Ok..thats good news as I was getting an appointment only on 5th. Thanks a lot for your help. I can relax now.
