Old Sponsored work permit

Hi there,

I'm on the old sponsored work permit which will expire on the 30th November 2013.

I'm in the UK for about 2.5 years now.

Do I need to change to the new tier 2 system, or can I still apply for IRL after 5 years under my current sponsorship ?

On what date did you enter UK on the basis of this WP?

I entered the UK on the 27th November 2008.

I have a permanent work contract. Both the old work permit and the residence permit are valid for 5 years
