Hello,

Does anyonw know what exactly an ICD-0358 form is? My employer just called workpermitsUK who renewed my workpermit recently and were told before sending the passport in we have to wait for the in county team to send an ICD-0358. But what is an ICD-0358 exactly? What does it state?

Cheers,

mark

All you needed to do was to perform a google search (www.google.co.uk)

From http://www.skillclear.co.uk/forms/SiteForm_ELR.doc: "An ICD 0358 [ RON 58 ] is a letter issued by the home office to people who do not have an unexpired passport or travel document, to show that they have been granted an extension of stay in the UK."

In your case it would be translated as the Home Office approval of your extension of stay.
