Hello,

My workpermit has been extended recently, but since there is a huge backlog at workpermitsUK my leave to remain is still being considered. I know I am allowed to continue working for my current employer, but what about re-entring the country? I still have my passport(I did not submit it with the application) and I have the WPUK letter stating my WP is approved and leave to remain is being considered, but will that be enough to re-enter the country? I am not a visa national, but my current leave to remain stamp in my passport already expired.
I have plans to go on holiday abroad in a few weeks. I don't want to have problems re-entering the country at heathrow.

What do I do?

M
