Hello there.

I have a friend who is over visiting from the US for the maximum permitted six months. She loves it here and wants to come back as soon as possible. How long does she have to be elsewhere to qualify for another six months?
And can she be anywhere? Does it have to be outside the EU?

Tim.

Keep in mind that you can only do this so many times before the immigration officers catch on and deny you entry. Taking a day trip to the continent will likely work a few times, but not forever...

Cheers,

Mark

Bear in mind that going to Ireland or the Channel Islands will not achieve this aim.

Thank-you. All of you.
You just made a very worried girl a whole lot less worried.
